Services We Provide
MGL Margate Concrete offers professional concrete installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, sidewalks, and retaining walls.
All work is performed by licensed professionals following industry standards and local building codes. We provide estimates before starting any project, and we will discuss the scope of work with you in detail.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all concrete projects. Estimates are based on the information you provide and our site inspection. Final pricing may vary if project conditions change or if you request additional work.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and the work you need done. This includes disclosing any underground utilities, property line details, and access requirements.
You must ensure our crew has clear access to the work area. This means moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other items that might be in the way. If you have pets, please keep them secured during our work hours.
You agree to obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before we begin work. We can advise you on what might be needed, but securing these approvals is your responsibility.
Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we do our best to stick to the schedule, completion dates may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.
Concrete work requires proper curing time. We will inform you of any restrictions on using your new concrete surface and provide care instructions to ensure the best results.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. The specific terms and duration will be outlined in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our installation work but does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or natural settling.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor cosmetic cracks over time. Small hairline cracks are normal and do not affect the structural integrity of your concrete. Our warranty focuses on major structural issues resulting from our workmanship.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials and labor already invested.
Changes to the project scope during work may affect the timeline and cost. We will discuss any additional charges with you before proceeding with changes.
Limitation of Liability
MGL Margate Concrete carries appropriate insurance for our work. However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, damage to landscaping in the work area, or issues arising from conditions beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to Florida state law. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
